Offering

This website contains a single contact form, which you may use to indicate interest in our offering. For simplicity we shall refer to this form “Website redesign” form further down in this text.

By submitting the “Website redesign” form of this website you are requesting that our specialists examine your existing website and evaluate the required effort for the design and development of a new website, based on contents, structure and corporate identity (colors and fonts).

The result of this evaluation will be a detailed offer for the cost of implementation that contains effort estimates for the necessary activities required to implement and deploy a new website based on the contents of the site that you already had. The offer will contain a proposed timeline as well as specific payment terms and access requirements.

To give you a better idea for the potential new looks of your website attached to the offer you will find a design proposal for your home page. The design proposal will attempt to keep in line with your existing text, images and structure but may feature stylistic, structural or text enhancements where deemed appropriate.

Our team will do our best to send you the complete offer together with the redesign proposal within two working days from receiving your request but in case of overwhelming volumes of requests or other reasons outside of our control you may be contacted later than that period, for which you will be informed ASAP. Therefore please do not consider the two-days terms for receiving the offer as a binding condition.

Referrals

After you have submitted the “Website redesign” form a unique link attributed to your submission will be generated, allowing you to share our page with other people. When visiting our website through this link and submitting “Website redesing” form, our systems will take note that this new request has come through your unique link and will attribute this new submission as a referral from your original request.

For every valid referral you will be credited 10% of the referral’s budget to your own account at Quikfox. You may then use this credit to purchase additional services from us such as design, development or maintenance services.

A referral is deemed valid when all of the following conditions are met:

• The referred person accepts the offer that we sent back to them
• The referred person has paid their their accepted offer in full

There is no limit to the total amount of credits to be accumulated in your account. If you wish so, you may also use the accumulated credits towards projects for your own clients or towards that of your friends or relatives.
